Ski tour on 15.03.2017.

In mild ascent along the toboggan path westwards and later southwards along Schapbachriedel to the junction of the forest road from Wimbachtal. Now on the road past Schapachalm until clearly before the Benzinkurve the summer path to Kührointalm branches left. Along the path first ascend over a gentle alpine meadow to the forest edge, then through the turnstile into the narrow hollow way that leads through dense forest to the forest road. Now ascend the road left 200m and then right the medium-steep pull path to Kührointalm. First cross the alm flat southeastwards and then south slightly descending towards Kleiner Watzmann. Cross a forest road and now gently ascend to the foot of Mooslahner. Now begins an unpleasant steep forest and bush ascent for about 50m. After that the forest thins. Now can ascend 300m arbitrarily in sparse forest on the steep north ridge in long switchbacks. The summit structure is somewhat rocky and interspersed with larches. The last meters to the forged summit cross and summit bell are steep and somewhat exposed high above Königssee.
