The hike first takes you to Gundkopf (mountain station of Kanzelwandbahn, 1949m), from there over Rotplatte (1956m), Gundsattel (1800m, connection of the Hammerspitzen group and Kanzelwand to the Fellhorn massif), over Riezler Alpe (1526m) to Riezlern (approx. 1089m).
