Right after visiting family and devouring a pot of sarma, we headed to Carinthia on the second day of the new year. We chose Uršlja gora (1699 m) as our goal, which is not hard to access in winter. We started at the Poštarski dom, got a bit off the marked path midway, but eventually found our way. In total, we walked over 16 kilometers, gained more than 1000 meters of elevation, and hiked for five hours. We were rewarded with good food and magnificent views.
