Description:
Little-visited Pyrenean ridge with fantastic views over the Valle de Izas and the Anayets sector.
The ascent begins from the Canal Roya parking lot, before the big curve of Rioseta. We follow the GR 11 until a post indicates the detour marked as Refugio Chiniprés. We ascend in zigzags until reaching the Refugio de Chiniprés, which is in a lamentable state of ruins, opposite the Mirador of the same name. We continue ascending the steep hanging valley and turn right to head to a small grassy col to the left of Menorias, the first of the three summits visited.
