Description:
The television transmitter and hotel on Ještěd is a structure in the shape of a rotational hyperboloid, built between 1966 and 1973. The unique building is almost 100 meters high and its circular floor plan has a diameter of 33 meters.
Ještěd is a Czech national cultural monument and has also become the Building of the 20th Century.
