Description:
At dream weather we had the chance to run the Upper Isar in the beautiful Hinterautal. As it's still early in the season and no boat taxi active we had to push the boats several kilometers with the trolley along the gorge edge before we could start at the upper Futterstadel. On crystal clear water it then unfortunately goes much too fast over wide gravel bed, steep waves and narrow gorges to the take-out in Scharnitz.
