Over the years, many of you have recommended that we hike San Diego's El Cajon, and it did not disappoint (although E definitely needed that emotional beta)! This was the perfect training hike for the upcoming Live Hard Love Hard summer hiking adventure bonanza, and we're ever grateful for our awesome viewers for never failing to find us new places to explore.
