Description:
From Vienna west motorway at St. Pölten South exit towards Wilhelmsburg - Traisen - Lilienfeld - Freiland, there left towards Hohenberg / Furthof.
I first tried to reach the Kreuztal from the Mauthof (before Innerfahrafeld) and from there to the Föhrenstein, but the Kreuztaler Hof blocks all accesses, prohibits everything and points to video surveillance. An off-road vehicle full of deer antlers drove past me. With memories of the rampage poacher Alois Huber, I abandoned this hiking project.
