Description:
If you drive from Vienna south motorway towards Semmering/Bruck and then exit at Gloggnitz, then to Reichenau and Hirschwang, you can take the Höllental federal road to Schwarzau im Gebirge. When Schwarzau comes into view, immediately after the first meadows there is a left turn into the Preintal, marked as a dead end. It is a single-lane road, and the area is extremely remote. However, the Mariazeller pilgrimage trail passes through here.
