Hill Training on Technical Trail + SURPRISE

Today it was hill training and what better than a good vertical with super-technical ground to do them. While climbing... a funny anecdote happened to me that is part of the video. The route I chose is the vertical of La Mérica which is part of the GR 131. It starts at sea level and reaches approximately 700/800+ of pure technical trail, with impressive views. Once the climb is done, we practice the descents.... which also need to be trained. In short... a complete training.
