I'm still in full adaptation to getting back to riding after the Zugspitze Ultra Trail marathon. Now we're not watching the clock but rather the sensations and how our body is responding. On this occasion we've added a bit more pace to the training, to see how the spark goes. For now everything is in order. We keep adding up.
