Description: A number of you guys have asked us exactly how we train for hiking and climbing, especially for the long/hard hikes you've been seeing us tackle lately. So, we thought it would be fun to take you along on one of our climbing and hiking training workouts. For this specific hiking workout, we were focused on muscles that are important not only for strength and endurance, but also for class 3 climbing skills. Our hiking training plans will differ based on the specific hike or climb we are preparing for, but we hope this will give you an idea of the kinds of exercises and workouts that we design to build strength and endurance and to avoid injury while out on the trails.
