After Bagni di Lusnizza towards Tarvisio on the right follow the bike path for about 1 km to a small bridge (680m) from where leaving the car, skin up the forest road to Malga Granuda. Below the hut follow the summer trail for the first stretch. We spotted a gully reaching under the summit and tracked it. Last 100m windy with some accumulations at the base so pay some attention but overall nothing major. Progress tiring because sinking in places. Then near the summit have to cross a stretch of dwarf pines that will test your will hard.. but once past this obstacle a vast 360-degree panorama opens without exposure or difficulty. Really a spectacle even if the 1944 summit wouldn't suggest such a view. What to say pristine environment mostly powdery snow made this search tour a beautiful surprise and nice memory.
