We are at 650 m altitude, we walk through the village until we reach a small playground. We begin to ascend through the narrow streets, to soon enter the orchards of Lanjarón. We pass through tunnels formed by chestnut branches. We link up with the Acequia Aceituno – Cecarta trail, pass by the Aceituno aqueduct and pool and leave the aqueduct to ascend a cemented track for a few meters. Again we continue walking on a cobbled path. The trees we encounter along the way, as well as the water descending beside them, make the place a site of great natural beauty.
