Lhotse is the fourth highest mountain in the world, and despite being enormous, it is overshadowed by the fame of Everest, which is only a few kilometers away. When the two mountains are glimpsed, inevitably one tries to point out where Everest is. Lhotse, however, remains one of the most interesting mountains in the world.
