Description:
The Linsberg is 1238 m high and is located in the Türnitzer Alpen west-southwest of Hohenberg. It is usually hiked from Hohenberg. However, I approached it from the west from the Türnitz direction. The ascent leads over an approximately 4 km long unnamed mountain chain, starting at the forestry Högerhof near the Ebnerhof in the Traisenbachtal. There is no marked hiking trail, but many different footpaths that end somewhere in the middle of nowhere. But with Google Maps satellite positioning, it always somehow continues, just like in life otherwise.
