Description:
Cycling and mountain biking have a long tradition in Banská Bystrica, but there was still no sufficient network of trails for this type of cycling in the immediate vicinity. A group of mountain biking enthusiasts decided to change this and founded the civic association KoLesom o.z. After initial problems, they obtained all permits for the modification and construction of existing or new singletrails around Riečanské sedlo, and thus, after various modifications of the old hunting trail, the new Laskomerský singletrail was created.
