Description:
The purpose of this well-known mine located in the municipality of Queralbs was the extraction of arsenical pyrite, and the beginnings of its exploitation date back to 1894. To access it, one must go back up the road leading to the village of Vilamanya, from there continue climbing a narrow road that after 1.5 km takes us to a crossroads, the start of a track. This track is feasible for any type of vehicle and in about 2.7 km we will arrive at the Mina Saragossa where a large sign indicates its unmistakable position.
