Description:
Moray, located at 3400 masl, between the communities of Kaccllaraqay and Misminay, about 70 kilometers northeast of the city of Cusco and 7 kilometers from the town of Maras in the province of Urubamba.
The climate of the entire Cusco region has a rainy period from November to April and a dry and cold period from May to October; the climatic factor also influences the temperature of the place, since it is located in a plain surrounded by glaciers, which make the temperature generally cool and dry.
