Description: The Renaissance atmosphere is evoked by the castle of Ozora in Tolna county, built by the scion of a Florentine merchant family, Filippo Scolari (1369–1426), known in Hungary as Ozorai Pipo. King Sigismund's famous dragon-slaying knight was bound to Ozora by love. After marrying the daughter of the local lord, Ozorai Borbála, he began a grand construction project in the uniquely beautiful settlement crisscrossed by fresh streams.
