ITINERARY

Following trail 583 you skirt the scree slopes dotted with dwarf pines on the south side of Larsèc for a long time. The trail then begins to climb and, narrowing gradually, reaches the base of a steep gully which is ascended on traces and tight switchbacks to the section with ropes and metal steps. Once up to Passo delle Scalette (2348 m) the easy 100 equipped meters, continue into Vallon di Lausa, still on trail 583. Reaching Passo di Lausa (2700 m) continue uphill until emerging above the plain of the lake and rif. Antermoia (2599 m) which are reached by descending on path traces on easy rocky terrain (3-3.30 h).
