Description:
Ascent to Puig Peric from Les Angles passing by Cabana de la Balmete. First by track and soon through a leafy forest we reach the lake and Cabana de la Balmeta. After crossing the extensive alpine plain we reach the base of the south ridge of Puig Peric which is where we ascend; this stretch although easy is somewhat demanding and requires scrambling at some points on the ridge. Next we descend to the col between the two Perics to climb Petit Peric. The return is by descending the wide south slope of this peak. After crossing the wide alpine plain we arrive again at Cabana de la Balmeta from where we return to Les Angles by the same path.
