Description:
Splendid ski day with great company on Viertleck. Minor peak of the Eastern Tauern. Start from Tweng village in Turachtal. Although summit slopes have poor snow cover due to strong winds that cleared the peaks, lower down the snow remained soft and especially in the forest it gave a magnificent ski run; not skinning up again to extend the descent seemed almost a crime :-)
