Description: I'm still in full recovery and as I progress things get tougher. Today it was time to push a bit more and I set 2 hours 30 minutes and 1000+ elevation gain. In the end we managed it not without suffering first, because the distance wasn't much, just 16km. Demanding training which I finished very happy since everything went as expected.
