I keep adding km in my recovery and things seem to be going well. It's motivating to keep going with the recovery and see that little by little we're getting in shape. It's been many months sidelined and eager to go out and enjoy. Today I worked by heart rate zones, in my specific case zone 3. You have to try not to exceed that frequency, to give the body rest and your heart a not too high work rhythm. A hug to all!!!
