Description:
ROUTE: From the cable car starting station reach Rifugio Gilberti, from it traverse halfway up the opposite slope with a last steep stretch to enter the wide Ursic valley. Now ascend with wide turns slowly right to gain a small saddle, overcome with good gradient the shoulder above it and traverse the undulations to near the saddle reached easily. Then losing some altitude and doing a long traverse skirt the entire north wall of Monte Ursic then ascend the Monte Canin Glacier to the start of the Ferrata at 2350m. Depending on snow conditions either follow the ferrata cable or ascend further along the glacier left of the ferrata then rejoin it about halfway up the wall. At this point follow the ferrata line using metal steps, and shortly after instead of continuing along the Ferrata follow the right channel to the ridge. Once out of the channel follow the ridge right without major difficulties to the summit.
