Not the right picture. Shrubby speedwell has completely different leaves and beautiful white flowers with purple veins. It is 10-20 cm high.

The image probably shows Veronica officinalis (common speedwell), but without leaves we cannot know for sure. The flowers are overexposed. Otherwise both usually have pale pink flowers, only the shrubby one has darker pink stripes on the petals.
Velkavrh, how can you mention leaf comparison if we can't see them here or they are blurry beyond recognition?
