Hmm, definitely a matter of debate. But I still consider Postojna, including Petričev hrib and this part of the Hrušice foothills, as Primorska and not Inner Carniola.

Yes, you're mentioning the political-administrative definition, that's indisputable.
But there are some other aspects that don't match it...

Yes, Postojna people don't want to be Inner Carniolans, although the border between Notranjska and Primorska (under Austria Krain and Küstenland) is more than 20 km south of Postojna and very close to Škocjan Caves. The place where the border runs has always been called Pri velki meji...
