It reminds me more and more of Golte, those meadows on the last picture below and the road bend in the background in the penultimate picture...

You observed quite well.
The window is indeed on Golte under the Alpine garden. It's very nice, but quite difficult to access. Below it is the path from Mozirje hut to Rečica. The window can also be seen from that path. I myself climbed to it from that path. The window is passable only with climbing gear, without it you have to descend a bit lower and go up the other side. Attaching two more pictures.
