So that means probably a cable car leads to it, I conclude from the beer price?

Correct answer Jure1977. The wall is on the southern slopes of Altemaverja. Its height is just over 100m, in it are bolted long sport climbing routes.

They taught us in school that the eastern Julian Alps start with Ratitovec. Eastern Julian Alps on eastern edges surround high plateaus Pokljuka, Mežakla and JELOVICA. (source wikipedia). We classify Ratitovec still in Julian Alps, thus in their most eastern part.( source Gore in ljudje net)

Ratitovec really counts as the most southwestern part of Julian Alps. It definitely belongs more to JA than to Škofjeloško and Cerkljansko hills, as presented on this forum. Quoted from PD for Selška dolina Železniki page: We count Ratitovec to Julian Alps, though it doesn't reach such heights. It is built from Dachstein limestone, like Bohinj mountains. It delights mountain lovers with rich alpine flora (gentians, edelweiss, yellow and Pannonian marmot, rhododendron, carnation lily etc.). Here we find endemic mountain beetle species and endangered spider species. Larch forests also give special charm to the range. The view from Ratitovec is counted among the nicest in Slovenian mountains. We see Julijce as a single jagged range, Karavanke as a long wall that in the distance connects to Grintovce.

I also doubted that it is in Julian Alps, but I checked the matter on wikipedia. Let anyone pose a riddle.

Iynx, of course it's correct. I don't even dare to pose a more complicated riddle. I have a small sea of photos from my tours this year, I won't write how many. Go ahead boldly and pose a riddle. It was quite a demanding scramble up and down from Ledine.
