No,... the Mokrega potoka waterfall is to the right of the Planica - Tamar path..., accessible also from PP1...and it's like this
PS - I made a little mess with these waterfalls...
... miri, so I don't even know which one you meant as Mokri potok..., so let's exclude also the Črne vode waterfall, which is to the left of the Tamar - Sleme path...
