Yes it's Kališnikovo poldne or Kalisnikturm 1575m. ben then you also went past that sign. Actually access from the west is easier where I descended and you can find here and there a modest path. Continue.

No, not in Italy. But it's in Europe.

Probably somewhere in France?

A bit (at first glance) similar to Dru, but the rock seems too dissected to me.?

It's a prestigious mountain group, within which is the peak in the picture (or rather - it's two peaks, the other hides behind).

Aha, now I see your message, milesdavis: not Dru, it's lower. But Dru is visible from the top.

Are these the Graian Alps, High-Low Savoie, Maritime range, Cottian?

Dauphiné, La Meije, La Barre des Écrins

First I thought Dru, then Aiguille Verte behind. On the left side of the picture a spire sticks out, I thought Jorasses. Probably too much imagination when thinking of those places.

milesdavis: actually not too much imagination. You're close, Dru is close, likewise Aig. Verte. viharnik: don't know the name of the Alps group, but we're close to Dru. turbo: none of that, further north.

Aiguilles de Chamonix group mountain Petits Charmoz, in foreground Aiguille de l'M

Bravo. In the foreground is the peak Aiguille de l'M, right behind it hides Petits Charmoz. It's the start of the Chamonix Aiguilles ridge, of course above Chamonix. Below, for a better impression of these wonderful wild places, a view from the approach couloir over the Aiguilles to Mont Blanc. milesdavis, continue, on y va.
