These are facts, not underestimation. Široka peč in central route even best alpinists avoid due to extremely loose rock. LG wrote: Where do we get if we climb up there?, then even deleted it, typical for him. No harm done.

If we're already at Široka peč, the access to it is considered the hardest in the Julian Alps and is described on hribi.net. I planned to reach it this year but changed my mind. It's already hard to get to the amphitheater and it's III, then to the summit. I know where the entry to the wall to the amphitheater is, then scree, traverse... but I don't have quite the proper strength in my arms; 4 years ago I lost 40kg and the weight loss took lots of muscles too.

Could it be left Visoki, right Srednji Rokav photographed from the Škrlatica ridge or from the cirque between Rokavi and Škrlatica?

That's right, Janez. The scree is called Kotel.
Do you know if it's possible without serious climbing from the Kotel to the saddle between Visoki and Srednji Rokav? I've been itching for years to visit all three at once.

Unfortunately I don't know, as I observe Rokavi only from Škrlatica and walk them only in thoughts, but realistically the mountains between Škrlatica and Kukova špica (exception Špik) are too big a challenge for me. Now let's go back to crosses and summit markers. Where do we see this cross? Hint: we've gone quite far from the Rokavi.
