Tulipan, the sign on my picture seems older. Dpr apr, in "nonsense" there is sometimes quite some truth.

Judging by the snow the picture is really older. But on the newer picture the writing is more readable, with, I hope, the same meaning. We used to call this "ongoing maintenance". Picture from last year 16. II.
