Jelovica with Babji zob, as well as Ratitovec, Blegoš and Porezen are part of the foothills of the Julian Alps.

Mountain range: Julian Alps
Jelovica is a karstic forested plateau that extends as an Alpine foothill above Sava Bohinjka (to the north), above the settlements of Kropa and Kamna Gorica (to the west) and to the south to Selška Sora.

just because it's not part of the main ridge of the Julians doesn't mean it's actually not their part. the Škofjeloško etc. hills label on hribi.net is just informative and serves for easier orientation.
jelovica and babji zob are part of the lower bohinj mountains and as such absolutely part of the julian alps.
the picture to me anyway looks like babji zob photographed from the base
