The border was a bit above Možic, the objects were already part of the fortification belonging to the Alpine Wall.
Rupnik's line ran a couple km away, on the opposite side of the Rapallo border. Poor Kingdom of Yugoslavia couldn't afford such luxurious steel domes and camouflaged bunkers as on Možic and surroundings.
Of course this has nothing to do with the riddle, just for info
