End of October, I went solo to Everest Base Camp and then to Kala Patthar 5545m with a local Nepalese agency. 12 unforgettable days in Everest National Park. Excellent organization, great accommodations and food, and consequently no altitude or health issues. If you're thinking about it, I definitely recommend buying a flight ticket and booking the trek via locals. Major difference in price and quality.
