After independence they tried some Slovenization in the style of new Croatian, but it didn't work at all. Ćevapčiči were meat rolls somewhere (even meat sausages, as some wanted to package it). Pleskavica was a meat patty. I don't remember pizza anymore, but everything was wrong because people have dishes in their heads and if it's not what they think under the name, it just doesn't sit well.
If I want ćevapčiči, I order them. Same for bean soup, pasulj, prebranac, pizza, sushi, spaghetti... The morons who tried to Slovenize it, let them have their bean1, bean2, bean3, topped dough, raw fish and thin noodles.
Antik, don't burn us with your ideas that you don't even believe in practice yourself!
