I read your post and completely agree. I would just add that the forum is becoming more and more a "trafika" where everything and nothing matters because of a handful of weirdos.
That's why I only peek at this page occasionally and can only smile at what some people post.
No matter, one less or more is the right thing, but I wish everyone a happy new year.
