I'll refer to pantani's article. Healthcare workers already know why they didn't get vaccinated. And it's not just the less educated. I know that here too many doctors didn't get vaccinated, but that's already a taboo topic you can't talk about. We have to realize it's people who work with the sick all the time and are really more exposed than others. And what does that tell us? Very simple, healthcare staff judge the risk from vaccines greater than from covid. Well, it seems half are like that. So we others should fear these experimental vaccines even more than otherwise.
Just look it up a bit, it was the same with flu shots too. There were flu epidemics, doctors mostly didn't get vaccinated. Why?

In healthcare among employees, females predominate. Women give birth to children. Which means women are also pregnant at some point in their lives. Vaccines and medicines are never tested on pregnant women. Therefore, women who are pregnant or potentially expecting soon usually DO NOT OPT for any vaccinations. During pregnancy, the use of various analgesics and antibiotics, caffeine, alcohol, hair dye, etc. is also discouraged...
