another one for intermezzo: for those who don't want to vaccinate or test, apparently it still works for now. When you return to SLO without papers, you don't sign the quarantine decision, but they send it from ministry by mail, takes ca. 1 week, then another two weeks don't pick up mail (like our JJ) and quarantine is already over. Apparently all by rules and definitely better than forging official papers

@jax: probably some law says you have to register a gathering. So if you don't, it's illegal. We can't just gather somewhere (say in the middle of the highway or at midnight in a residential area).
Of course we can discuss if such a law is appropriate, if the conditions for permit are too strict... And of course if the right to gather without registration, as long as you don't obstruct or disturb anyone, is at least a legitimate right. You know: difference between legitimate and legal.

For counterexample I could give you our left and we might argue, so examples from abroad:
Schroeder, socialist, fairly cut back social security and benefits during his rule. Sure, it was necessary because of the crisis and because western social-democratic leftists, unlike ours (especially our extremes), understand that money doesn't grow on trees.
Counterexample for the right is the TV mogul himself, 'il cavaliere', who managed to bring Italy to the brink during his not so long rule. To be clear, Italy was already quite in the shit before, but from a right-wing politician, moreover a businessman, one would expect the opposite: harsh reforms and cuts to social benefits to save what can be saved. But bunga bunga parties were more important to him...
Examples of real leftists and right-wingers (of course not without mistakes and extremes) say Mitterrand, Blair and on the other side Thatcher, Reagan.

And to clear up further doubts: yes, from the note about arrived mail that you get at home, you can guess approximately what they're sending you. If it's from abroad, it's immediately visible. If you don't receive anything else from there or don't expect something, you just don't go pick it up.
For domestic mail, especially those blue envelopes sent via ZUP, you can also see approximately. I won't explain the whole classification now, it's all on the net.
I don't know how JJ avoids such mail, since per ZUP, if you don't pick up the mail within so and so time, it's considered served. That probably means you're considered informed of the content. ZUP is a complicated law and JJ probably knows the tricks.

In the Dolomites quite a few "Primoževi" (i.e. those who walk hiking trails with masks). I don't like judging people by appearance, but already by walking you quickly see it's "corona hikers" or even "complete tourists". Higher up and on harder trails there's no more of that (actually we met them only towards Lake Sorapis - in large numbers). In the camp regime similar to last year, but milder. The paper you sign at entry is the same as last year (that you have no symptoms and haven't been in contact with infected, no pct). Masks are mandatory in common areas, but in reality almost no one wears them (last year everyone did). Last year only every other sink was in use, this year all. But on streets you still see people walking alone with masks.
