As I observe on the ground, there is a higher share of vaccinated in the countryside, among farmers, i.e., among less educated people. There the opinion is often that whatever the authorities say is mandatory, no one cares about legality or constitutionality. There is still a great influence of the former Yugoslavia, fearfulness and prohibition of thinking. Pure socialist conditioning. Interestingly, those same people go to mass on Sundays all without masks. Then figure it out if you can 
Maybe it also coincides with higher support for Jajot in the countryside.

In the countryside, the RCC has always had the greatest influence. Look at the election results from 1990 onwards and the directions of their mayors.
Even in the years 1941 - 1945 it was the same. The RCC recruited young farm boys for Christ's army. Especially it was obvious in the Ljubljana province.

I understand people who reject vaccination for I-don't-know-which-reason-already, but rejecting vaccination because the vaccine doesn't work is very similar to those who claim the Earth is flat.
And since a photo of Earth from space doesn't convince flat-earthers, probably the history of polio won't convince the author of the above article either.

@Smilodon, the education system obviously really doesn't work, because you obviously don't understand basic statistical data and percentages:
- covid-19 0.15 % mortality
- polio 10 % mortality + severe forms of disability
So, I would rather say you're a flat-earther, you'll need to repeat 7th-8th grade math a bit.
For people like you, it's a waste to analyze the ratio between benefits and harmful side effects of vaccines for diseases with mortality differing by a factor of 100x or 500x, because after your first post it's clear you won't understand. Or say the difference in status of both vaccines, that's already science fiction. Just another one who fell for the criminal vaccination propaganda and now wants to force others into it.

British data analysis showed that fully vaccinated adults, if infected with the delta variant of the new coronavirus, can have as much virus in them as unvaccinated. It still holds that vaccinated are much better protected against hospitalization and death. Source
In the end it will turn out that Pantani1 is even right with the statement "vaccination is an egoistic act!" Because, with delta the vaccine primarily protects us from severe disease course, hospitalization or death, but not others

For my blocked friends, I'm letting them know that they can sign up for the 3rd dose as soon as possible; in Ljubljana they're already vaccinating. There's some talk, but it's really unverified, that if you sign a contract for 5 years of doses, you get a t-shirt with Jajotom on the belly and a sheep on the back.

It really reminds me of a movie about AIDS where the infected's mom almost accusingly told his partner, who always used a condom, like "you protected yourself". As if he should now out of solidarity with others who drove without do it too.
I mean, one might say if it was a Slovenian film.
Regarding cyclists with masks that you mentioned: I'd be a bit more lenient. I'm a cyclist too and even before corona I saw some with scarves... Some are just sensitive because wind blows on the bike, now they just have a more practical tool.
Stockholm, in the royal palace some wore masks, otherwise nothing anywhere except again a couple on the street. Maybe they are really sensitive, weather here is mixed sultry, windy with temperatures around 15-20 degrees.
Today by ferry to Finland, we'll see how it is there.
