Secret instructions and recommendations from Dr. Anthony Fauci to doctors and scientists who conducted the first trials with Covid 19 vaccines. Recently they were published by the American "Project Veritas" investigative journalist James O'Keefe:
1. Do not allow autopsies of the dead, but if an autopsy cannot be avoided, make sure the pathologist does not have the appropriate skills and tests to perform an investigative autopsy. For the family willing to skip the autopsy, you must provide complete concrete payment of funeral costs as fair compensation for their understanding.
2. Do not allow analysis of the contents of the cocktail vials in vaccination bottles. In rare cases, if and when analysis occurs, we'll cover your back. We'll claim the vials were contaminated before analysis.
3. In your national laws, ensure that pharmaceutical companies have complete immunity from prosecution.
4. Label anyone opposing masks, distancing, tests, vaccines as anti-vaxxers, opponents of public health and society as a whole in the media. This works well to damage the reputation of opponents of vaccination and measures.
5. Ensure that in case of injuries occurring to victims due to side effects or direct causation of death from Covid vaccination, not a cent is paid out. Payment would be an admission that vaccines are not safe. That would cause hesitation for further vaccination. We can't afford that.
6. The vaccine must be mandatory for all, except for exceptions.
7. In case of disability occurring during clinical trials, when writing the clinical report, change the symptoms, i.e. temporary paralysis, mild abdominal pain and similar things.
8. If someone dies from the vaccine during clinical testing, simply write in the report that the death is not related to the vaccine.
Those responsible won't ask how you determined that.
9. In the group receiving the vaccine, there will be more death reports than in the placebo group (approx. 25%). However, by selecting very healthy cohorts or limiting cohort sizes, we can claim the difference in deaths is not statistically significant. This misleads curious scientists who will accept it as logical and not investigate deeper. Critical thinkers like Chris Martinsen for example are not important because they don't have enough followers to matter. We blocked Bret Weinstein, so he won't ever bring Dr. Robert Malone to his show again.
10. Doctors won't check your work. If you work at CDC or any other public health institution, no one will check your work. At medical schools, future doctors are not allowed independent research on Covid 19 because they have too many study obligations and no time. This deprives them of critical thinking ability. In fact, medicine is so complex that these young doctors and of course the older ones even more trust everything their superiors tell them. They don't have the time, skills or tools to cause any problems to the plan, as the "Covid 19 creators" call it. But if they actually looked into a database like VAERS, completely loyal employees can avoid presenting the data. Everyone in external departments has been ordered not to ask staff about such things as death statistics, side effects... Otherwise we remove them from the reporting board.
11. Aggressively seek to revoke medical licenses against anyone speaking against our narrative. Even a single tweet warning people about vaccine dangers or expressing doubt about wearing masks should be reason for license revocation.
12. Never conduct proactive surveys to find common denominators of events. In 1985 they designed the carefully guarded VAERS system so unauthorized can't find out real results. We can always claim every vaccine is safe, no matter how dangerous it really is. This allows us to claim all these side effect signals are rare. 10 years ago we removed the ISP VAERS project because it was too accurate. In his book Bobby Kennedy on page 73 which is on AHRQ (US government agency for health research and quality) describes exactly that.
13. Masks are used as a symbol of compliance to assess our control level. Masks don't work at all, we know that. Two randomized trials showed no effect, but people don't know and trust us. Masks are thus our canary in the coal mine. If people don't follow our mask advice, it's a sign we're losing. So we must escalate by characterizing not wearing masks as a criminal act. Control over people is key to our success.
14. All (federal) states should conduct ongoing educational campaigns that this is a pandemic of the unvaccinated and not of all people. People believe the press.
15. Hospitals should be paid high corona bonuses for classifying deaths as every death is a result of Covid 19 disease. This way we keep fear alive. The hospital will make money this way and use statistics that every Covid case is urgent and people will become afraid.
16. Ensure your doctors are not sufficiently informed about reporting entries in VAERS. Doctors shouldn't get all reporting instructions. Program architects and creators have the power to crash the program on the host computer if unauthorized data copying from VAERS occurs.
17. Only permitted treatments are those created by our pharmaceutical sponsors. For healers who treat differently, ensure their licenses are revoked. With active marketing of anti-corona drugs, we can sell two products to everyone this way (vaccine and pill).
18. Every new virus mutation in the future must be treated as a very serious threat, which is necessary to maintain continued vaccination. Therefore, countries must keep people in emergency state even with new, although only seemingly more dangerous virus variants.
19. National and other major media are instructed never to mention the vaccine as the main cause of death even if the person died hours after vaccination and was previously completely healthy with no other diseases or medical history. If people for example die in sleep within less than 24 hours after vaccination, media will report it as unexpected tragic death and not mention vaccines.
20. Censor and discredit anyone trying to doubt vaccines or establish a link between vaccine and death. Censor, discredit anyone claiming masks don't work.
21. Never accept a challenge for public debate with vaccination opponents even if they are experts in the field. Opponents will claim that would give credibility to vaccines and vaccination, but remain ignorant that other experts lack knowledge or credibility. Never waste your time on debates or confrontations.
22. Very important for people's ears. REPEAT: "Safe and effective, effective and safe, get vaccinated safely and effectively!" But when a tragic vaccine death case happens that can't be concealed or hidden, say it's just coincidence because vaccines are still safe and effective.
