As far as I understood there shouldn't be mandatory vaccination and some police fines for public gatherings would be abolished. Personally it bothers me that they think of changing the constitution! Could someone say more about collecting signatures?

No worries, when people are hungry and cold, then these political mafiosi will seek every hole to hide in. The European is the same as on Sri Lanka when it comes to basic life necessities.
