Rules on "movement in border zone" were known to us all. If you ignored them, you sadly had to go to the valley.
Border guards always walked their beaten paths, so it was no problem to trick them.
In the last years of "Yugo" that movement in border zone was no longer hindered.
During JLA service on Kanin with Italian Alpini we had a real feast. When we met by chance on the top we greeted nicely, unpacked the backpacks and nicely enjoyed. We had meat tins and bread, they wine. Hurrah whoever enjoys.
Aja, from our side soldiers from "mountain unit".

Exactly so. If you didn't trick them as you said. But then in the country there was nothing special requiring movement limits. Nor in neighbors, now epidemic killing people. That's the difference. And if you violate rules and get caught, you must pay fine. Don't know why agitation if you yourself are guilty for the situation. Here Primož is right. More of us waiting for "balconies", stick to measures to get to normal soon, but some always increase infected numbers and delay mountains and all else more important for life. Saddest is that they blame others for their deeds. Catch the thief they say.

No epidemic. Just panic and paper epidemic. Wonder Drago what you'd say if two years ago I asked what you imagine by word epidemic.

Two years ago in some Prekmurje village 30 people died of flu. Anyone know today a village where 30 died of covid?

Besides our family covid experience, add father-in-law and mother-in-law experience. Both near 70. Father-in-law cancer patient with many surgeries, chemos, chronic sick, fistful pills daily. 10 yrs ago 105 kg, now 65. Don't remember more risky person. Both through that hot period in 2 days. Cough little still and that's it.

And one more, a bit provocative.
I'm really curious when all you advocates of corona measures will join the above-mentioned snitches. Are you really able to swallow this conning from day to day endlessly?

Becar, tell which Prekmurje village it was?

Given the way covid deaths are recorded here, the number of real deaths DUE TO covid needs to be divided by about 15 - 20. In addition, with the new year, you need to draw a line and not add the dead to the previous year. All flu deaths were recorded by years. Now we record deaths from beginning to end. Has anyone wondered why?

I remember years ago, when every deceased elderly in hospital had in body I think MRSO. Of course they didn't die DUE TO MRSE but with MRSO.

Becar - in the first three months of 2019, 30 people died of flu in the entire Prekmurje ...

Here, one has already been found who compares advocates of measures with snitches. Perverted to the extreme. Regarding that village, I'm also curious where and when.

At that time I read an article that 30 people died in Prekmurje and most of them from one village. I think the name of the village wasn't written, it was in 2019, as bogorski says.

I fully support Mitja Belak's thinking. Whoever reports fellow citizens while they go somewhere into nature deserves a clip round the ear.

What's most shameful is that the snitches are exactly from a certain party, which I think doesn't need to be mentioned. It happened the same a few days ago in Trbovlje, when neighbors from that mentioned party recognized peaceful protesters who had protection and didn't endanger anyone. Such people are human manure for me.

dprapr, if my provocative question above bothers you or maybe someone else, it's still not perverted to the extreme as you mention, but it's still very, very worth thinking about these actions. I believe that we anti-corona don't fit among them. But who are snitches in general life, life has already schooled us a bit. And in no way in all these years since I follow this forum, and read this and that, even crap, could I equate anyone here with that human profile.

I'll just write this, that I'm very disappointed, because I always thought that mountaineers are the best people, honest, respectful, truth-loving, ready to help,... But with this epidemic it turned out they are everything else. Unwilling to do anything for fellow human and spit on everyone who thinks differently. At least that's the picture I got from reading comments in this thread, and in some other where someone posts something well-intentioned, but gets all sorts for it.
My trust in these qualities of mountaineers has actually shrunk years ago, when the first thefts in the mountains appeared. With the advent of the internet, it escalated in another form. Sadly.

In elementary school I attended a memorial ceremony at the Ljubelj camp. I will never forget the words of the keynote speaker, an elderly man, partisan and camp inmate. To the question what was hardest during the war, he answered: "To remain human." We shouldn't compare the epidemic to the horrors of World War II, but the words of this man are still very relevant in these times too.

Drago, from my experiences they still are. Even now in these times the people I meet on trails are always friendly, everyone wants to chat a bit, so I have the feeling that corona didn't "infect" the mountains, at least regarding the people themselves. I really don't notice a difference here. And even before, when not everything was under the sign of corona, I have only nice and positive experiences with the mountains, and in summer I'm really a lot in the mountains and huts. Maybe it helps that I have a dog with me and of course then everyone reaches out to her, pets her and asks. Nessy knows how to break the ice nasmeh In mountains I received a lot of friendliness and also help when I needed it (e.g. when I twisted ankle on descent from V. Lemež) and that from complete strangers, so mountaineers are still cool people for me nasmeh
Of course also among mountaineers there are some envious people and occasional thieves, for sure. Especially last year with tourist vouchers it turned out that there went to mountains also such who had looked at mountains only from afar until then and it would be better if they stayed in the valley. About behavior and unreasonable demands of new mountaineers many hut keepers grumbled, I fortunately didn't meet such mountaineers live.

Weimar court ruled:
- that lockdown was unconstitutional
- lockdown was catastrophically bad political decision with dramatic consequences in almost all areas of life
- violation of human dignity by authorities
- no conditions for declaring epidemic due to national security
- interference with human rights was the worst in history and disproportionately attacked the foundations of society
- capacities of health system were not overburdened
