Yes if you have enough fitness. Once I went the northern one, wild hunters path, but it's quite vertiginous. Kugy's probably even harder.

Kugy's path is an abandoned path and in the lower, initial part without protections. It is treated as an alpine climb III. degree of difficulty. The pegs in the steepest part are twisted to the wall and almost unusable.
