otiv, yes it is. From the northwest corner of the fence at the basilica entrance on Sveta Gora. I was lucky, the photo was taken at 7am!

I was on Sveta Gora but it was cloudy and I didn't see the panorama. You really had luck, like me last year from the sea when I saw Triglav as if on the palm of my hand. In winter it's even nicer and clearer.
