Also quoting the description of the location or hiking trail: Footpath along Lobnica, Pohorje. "Access: by road from Ruš towards Smolnik. Two kilometers further, after the road section towards Gornjak there is a sign on the left of the road towards the waterfalls (easy to miss!). Through the Pohorje primeval forest a marked path leads towards Lobnica".

So not Goli vrh, and not Rupnik line?
Rupnik (west) starts at Križišče - that's the old road with tunnel when we drove from Gorski kotar direction, when there was no highway to Crikvenica yet, then zig-zag north mežikanje

The object is unknown to me, maybe I've walked past and didn't notice the bunker... Žirovski vrh... the line is long, if that's it...

I've walked all WWI remains, both Soča defensive line and Sava one and I'm sure that this defensive position, if in Slovenia area, is not connected to WWI.
Rupnik line I know less, the sixth sector (north) not at all... so if not part of Rupnik line (I count as line also Italian objects, of course...), I conclude the location is not in Republic of Slovenia? (no other logic).
I know similar locations in area of Austrian defensive line on Orjen, but there they pulled out the iron long ago.
Anyway, interesting to "brain" mežikanje
