This might be taken from the panoramic road above Solčava somewhere and ends below Pavličevo sedlo. The building maybe a tourist farm.
Paragliders supposedly take off here too.

The peak is somewhat more remote, no view from it due to the forest, but we can't say that about its western neighbor (1108 m), which is more easily accessible, more visited, and with better views
