Most I've been around there via Vršič and crossing between cirques Pod Srcem (one of the nicest) and Za Ak off path, and Trije macesni.

Not Kukova špica. The mountain summit is a bit further back and higher by over 100m. For this year it's quite a dangerous mountain.

The marked path is also featured on hribi.net. We can see a similar photo in the description. It doesn't say it's a panda bear, but mentions another animal that's written on the sign by the path.

Could be a wild boar and if there was an etymological connection, it would be the path to the ski slope on Vogel. I doubt it.

Šodrovc wrote that someone should post something up (or something like that). And when I posted Skuta, I was crossing my fingers hard (really hard!) that Šodrovc would guess again and reach ten as soon as possible. But since there was no sign of him, I was sure he had gone on vacation and there'd be no harm if I continued guessing, thus allowing Šodrovc to guess something again - when he returns from holiday.
As I see, he's back and of course answered CORRECTLY!

Vacation? - ah no, just some jump away from the computer, and, what to hide, too difficult riddles...  (five more missing to end the penance).
